Hey there, everyone in COMM131!
I'm looking forward to the class, and like many of you I'm looking forward to graduating!!! It's been an on-again off-again relationship with SJSU over the past 10 years, but we're ending on a high note and I'm ready to put an end to this chapter of life and finally let the wifey know that I got a degree as well, not just a BS!!! Surely, there are those of you that can appreciate the humor and sarcasm (xLeBraTTx), although I disagree about it being hot...I heard it's a scorcher down there!!!
As for the standard faire questions, I'm a PR major with Comm minor (nothing minor about it...it's a lot of work) and only a handful of classes to go. I've got an artistic son and a daughter on the way, so the wall pictures and graffiti are either an inspiration from him or artwork he's done. I've got my 10-year anniversary up this year, so any recommendations on an amazing gift under $10 would be well appreciated. (Get the significance? 10 years, $10 dollars?) But, seriously, she's amazing and I would definitely push that limit to include tax.
Well, I'm sure we'll have more opportunities to chat but I figured to keep the first one loose...so stay cool and if you get discouraged with this techo-savvy, new age, SV way of communicating, remember the eternal words of Rocky (V for reference) "I didn't hear no bell...".
